OK, I have 14 minutes of battery life left, and I’m on my second coffee for Wifi here in Puerto Madryn, Argentina. Here’s a few more pics from my trip to Antarctica and the Falkland Islands.
Enjoy!

Posted at 09:56h, 14 Aprilre: Sea Lions in the Savanna? – wow, why have I never seen a shot like this? Is it rare to see them on grass like this? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a shot of sea lions looking more ‘lion-y’. Great set of shots !!

Posted at 11:02h, 16 AprilThanks guys!
Marcus,
I’d never seen a shot like that before either. It didn’t seem as though this was particularly strange behavior. They’d just hauled themselves up from the beach, and walked about 200 meters inland and were just hanging out, sunning themselves.
It’s not much of a struggle for them either. Some decided to go back to sea while we were there, and they were hauling ass. 🙂
Cheers,
Martin.
