Posted at 02:46h, 24 JanuaryMartin, your winter landscape photos give me inspiration to get out and make something of my winter landscape I have here in North Dakota. We had some great frost on the trees a few days ago that lasted all day and I tried to take advantage. I don’t a have great eye for landscape yet, but spending the entire day out shooting is a real learning experience.

Posted at 09:22h, 24 JanuaryHi Josh,
I’m pleased this work provides some inspiration. Your shots are beautiful! I particularly like the signature image that is set to display on the top of the page, and the sunset shot has beautiful tones in it. Very nice.
Thanks for sharing!
Cheers,
Martin.

Posted at 14:31h, 24 JanuaryBeautiful photos Martin, as always!!! My favorite three from this podcast are Magical Woods (I’d wish I could have this image in my home!), Plow Lines Under Snow and Huts and Tree in Crepuscular Rays. I’ve never heard the proper name for these rays before. As always, I’m eager to hear the next podcast!

Posted at 09:57h, 25 JanuaryThanks Eric! I’m pleased you like these.
Magical Woods is a favorite of mine too. I’ll make that available as a print at some point, if you’d still like it for your home. 🙂
To be totally honest, I generally just call those God Rays, but the crepuscular rays word is often lurking in my mind somewhere. I looked it up a few years ago.
Cheers,
Martin.
